To ensure your event runs smoothly we offer a professional bar service with a superb range of great quality beers, wines and spirits. As you would expect from a company who specialises in weddings – guests will be always be served by trained, uniformed staff with a bubbly personality, dedicated to making your evening special.
Packages & Menu’s
Our Menu’s
We offer Budweiser and Stella on draft as standard, with a wide range of other larger, ales and ciders by the bottle. All couples have the option of a cocktail each we will create and serve from the bar. We have a set bar menu however if you feel you and your guests would like something, we don’t offer we are happy to discuss your requirements.
Cash Bar
For this service the bar will be run like a regular bar. i.e. guests will pay by either cash or card* at each visit as you would in your local pub.
* Wi-Fi/3g/4g required for the card machine.
Pre-paid bar
ELM Bar provides all beverages for the duration of the event to the pre-paid limit. All extra costs if required must be settled on the night.
Token bar
If you wish to offer your guests a free drink or two, we can provide pre-paid tokens for you to give to your guests. With this service the Cash Bar is used alongside.
Bottle only Bar
Ideal for events that require a quick and simple set up; offering bottled lagers, ales, soft drinks/mixers and spirits.
Dry bar hires
We can provide our bar and staff for your event, but you provide the drink.
Staff Only
You have your venue, your drinks and your caterers sorted but don’t have anyone to pour & serve your drinks, we can provide our staff. Our staff are on hand from pouring and serving your welcome drinks, setting up tables with glassware, wine & water, replenishing throughout your wedding breakfast, pouring and serving your toast drinks, to the running of your evening bar.

ELM is happy to provide any reception and table drinks to your requirements, on enquiring please let us know if you are interested in this offer.
Custom!
We can of course create a completely bespoke pack to fit your exact requirements. Maybe you want to serve champagne and Pimms for the first hour then move to a pre-paid amount till the evening draws in and the cash bar begins. It is completely up to you and the ELM team are happy to deal with your enquiry; contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
The Important Bit
Temporary Event Notices
Using our alcohol license we can obtain a temporary license on your behalf for your chosen venue to enable alcohol to be sold. Past licenses have covered village halls, garden parties, barns, fetes, outside weddings and even schools – never think that your chosen venue won’t be eligible as there’s a great chance we’ll be able to make it happen for you and get the license.
